Soma has been delivering a unique type of consultancy since 1984, and our operating philosophy remains based upon our company values of participation, trust and common vision.

Based  on the side of the Malvern Hills, we work throughout the U.K. and regularly in Europe, North America and Australia. Our work combines and crosses cultures around the world.

The name Soma is taken from an ancient Greek word, meaning a state of 'wholeness' and 'completeness'. It captures the sense of corporate core values and capabilities that determine the long-term success of our organisation. Our logo is also a universal symbol reflecting the search for knowledge and growth.

Our highly professional team of consultants and support staff with a variety of skill bases means that we are able to meet the needs of our diverse set of clients that range from organisations in the oil and gas and construction industries to MoD and other government agencies, high-technology manufacturers and financial institutions.
